Non-Coffee products

We typically process and ship orders the next business day after they are placed. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on factors such as holidays and issues with billing and/or shipping verification.  

Coffee products

Because our coffee is roast-to-order and hand packed, coffee orders will take 1-5 business days to process and ship. Whole bean coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted, and ground coffee is shipped the day after it is roasted to allow for outgassing. This process ensures that you will receive the freshest coffee available on the Internet.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Non-Coffee products

Standard free shipping is available to all US domestic orders totaling $50+ (excluding sales tax and after any applicable discounts are applied). Coffee purchases, which included free shipping (see below), can be combined with non-coffee purchases to reach the $50 minimum total to receive free shipping on non-coffee products as long as the coffee and non-coffee orders are placed within the same transaction. For instance, a $30 shirt and $20 bag of coffee must be purchased together simultaneously at checkout to receive free shipping for both products.

Coffee products

Free shipping is available for all US domestic coffee orders. Our coffee is shipped (separate from all other products) from our distribution centers in Temecula, CA and Chicago, Illinois. Thus, orders that include coffee and non-coffee are shipped and delivered separately.   

Domestic orders (all products) are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require signature for delivery.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL and typically deliver worldwide within 4-5 business days. Please note DHL is unable to deliver to international PO box addresses. Canadian orders are shipped via DHL or USPS Priority International. Free shipping is not available for international orders. 

When placing an order with Y&Y, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charges and are your sole responsibility.

Please note that duties, taxes and/or customs charges are not included in shipping charges at checkout. You may have to pay these duties, taxes and/or customs charges at the destination.
